地方特色论坛：代谢稳态的组织间对话及失衡干预

能量代谢是细胞及机体能量与物质来源的重要生命过程，其稳态平衡是机体应对内外时空环境变化的重要保障。代谢失衡导致的各类代谢性疾病严重威胁人类健康。随着多组学、基因编辑、单细胞和单分子等科学技术的飞速发展，代谢研究正在经历从分子水平向网络互作集成、从静态到动态、从单器官到组织间应答协调及与环境互作等方面的纵深发展。尽管该领域的研究已取得长足进步，然而目前对稳态的组织间对话及失衡干预等认识仍很匮乏。本分会场聚焦于代谢稳态这一主题，探讨代谢性疾病的发生机制以及干预策略。 

Energy metabolism is an important life process for cells and the body's energy and material sources, and its homeostasis is an important guarantee for the body to cope with changes in internal and external spatial and temporal environments. Various metabolic diseases caused by metabolic imbalance seriously threaten human health. With the rapid development of multi omics, gene editing, single-cell and single-molecule science and technology, metabolic research is undergoing in-depth development from molecular level to network interaction integration, from static to dynamic, from single organ to tissue response coordination, and from environmental interaction. Although significant progress has been made in this field of research, there is still a lack of understanding regarding steady-state inter organizational dialogue and imbalance intervention. This session focuses on the theme of metabolic homeostasis, exploring the mechanisms and intervention strategies of metabolic diseases.
