近日，中国科协发布了第八届中国科协优秀科技论文遴选计划入选论文名单。热烈祝贺中国细胞生物学学会专家推荐发表在《Cell Research》的文章“Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response”成功入选。

Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response
2022年2月14日，中山大学周鹏辉，丁培荣，刘振江，张晓实，左志向及广东省实验动物监测所李文德共同通讯在Cell Research 在线发表题为“Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response”的研究论文，该研究为了建立这种个性化的 TCR-T 细胞疗法，通过单细胞 mRNA 测序 (scRNA-seq)、TCR 测序 (TCR-seq) 和体外新抗原刺激对肿瘤及其邻近组织中的 T 细胞进行了全面表征。与在组织中循环的旁观者 T 细胞相比，Tas 细胞的特点是肿瘤富集、肿瘤特异性克隆扩增和新抗原特异性。
