Cell Regeneration 是中国细胞生物学学会主办的一本全英文，目标高水平国际化的科技期刊。现因工作需要面向国内外公开招聘1名全职科学编辑加入Cell Regeneration的专业编辑人才团队, 工作地点为上海。

（一）岗位职责
1.稿件初审、送审和总结撰写审稿意见。
2.与一线科学家交流，约写评述、综述及高水平的研究论文等。
3.撰写学术新闻、英文宣传材料等，在国内外宣传期刊等。
4.主编和编辑部负责人交办的其它工作。
（二）应聘条件
1.获得细胞生物学、生物化学，或分子遗传等相近专业博士学位，有干细胞、组织器官再生等相关学习或工作经历者优先考虑。
2.在国际知名期刊上以第一作者身份至少发表过1篇以上有影响力的研究论文。
3.有一定的工作经验，有1年以上专业编辑工作经验优先考虑。
4.具有良好的中文和英文交流、写作和编辑能力，热爱科技编辑事业，有良好的团队协作意识。

Recruiting Position: Scientific Editor or Senior Scientific Editor
Working Location: Shanghai, China
Cell Regeneration is an English scientific journal published by the Chinese Society for Cell Biology, aiming to become a premium international journal publishing high-quality articles in modern biology, especially in the field of stem cell and the basic research of regenerative science. We are currently recruiting a full-time scientific editor to join the Cell Regeneration team in Shanghai. A competitive salary and benefits will be provided, depending on the background and experiences.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Assess submitted papers, handle peer review, and summarize review comments.
2. Actively interact with front-line researchers, and commission review, commentary and research papers, etc.
3. Write academic news, prepare English publicity materials, and promote the journal globally.
4. Provide supports to the Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editor-in-Chief in other related work.
Preferred qualifications:
1.The expertise with a Ph.D. in cell biology, biochemistry, molecular genetics, or related areas. Education background or work experience in stem cells or regenerative biomedicine is preferred.
2.A strong publication record in the recognized scientific journals.
3. More than one year of professional editorial experience is preferred.
4. Fluent Chinese and English in writing, speaking and editing, a keen interest in science and editorial work, and a good sense of responsibility and collaboration.
